We know, we’ve been there too. But ongoing pain and fatigue is not simply part and parcel of birthing your baby. It doesn’t have to be like this. With the right support and expert knowledge, it is possible to make a quick and complete recovery from birth.

Enter The 360 Mama.

We want to encourage women to prioritise self-care to feel healthier and stronger than ever before, ready to take on everything motherhood has to offer.

Women’s health physiotherapist & Pilates teacher

Emma has been practicing as a Chartered Physiotherapist for 14 years, with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine. Her further interest in rehabilitation and exercise led her to qualify as a Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, and later specialise in Pre and Postnatal Pilates training. Her passion to support women through pregnancy and beyond resulted in further postgraduate training in pelvic health and she is now a qualified Mummy MOT practitioner and a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy professional group.

Mama to two little ones, Emma is passionate about empowering women during the postnatal period to prepare them for their journey through motherhood. In her experience, so many women can feel a little lost and overwhelmed about how best to take care of themselves during this transitional time. Too many societal taboos prevent women from seeking the advice and treatment they need to resolve common postpartum issues such as pelvic floor issues, leaking, prolapse, painful sex or feeling unhappy with their body.

Emma champions providing postnatal women with practical information and support to take care of their body, mind and general wellbeing. By doing this it is possible to feel confident in yourself and avoid the common issues that can occur when recovering from birth.

Emma works in a clinic in Brighton & Hove, combining her physiotherapy and sports medicine experience to specialise in women's health.
